1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

• False or misleading information provided during registration may result in the account being suspended or terminated without warning.

• Your password is your personal responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be carried out at any time, particularly before large withdrawals are processed. Player cooperation during this process is mandatory.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bika99 are subject to specific conditions. Accepting any bonus is considered agreement to those conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• A first deposit bonus of 200% up to RM888 is given to eligible new members.
• Wagering requirement that must be met: 25 times the bonus value received.
• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Example 2: Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fully met.

VIP Programme: bika99 runs a three-tier VIP programme consisting of Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Progression to a higher tier depends on a member's betting activity from time to time.

bika99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including multi-account betting, bonus arbitrage or strategies deemed improper — may result in bonuses being forfeited and accounts being suspended.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bika99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet details are correct before confirming them.

• Game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption while a bet is in progress, bika99 reserves the right to cancel or suspend the affected bet.
• Bets placed using information or data obtained unlawfully are void and will be cancelled.
• For sports bets, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will apply, unless a clear technical error has occurred.
